Destiny wove the threads of two beauty enthusiasts together when their career paths crossed. It all began at Clarins, a top international skincare brand. As fate would have it, we evolved from colleagues to friends, and from friends to partners, giving birth to our creation - Urban Rituals.

Vanessa's adventurous spirit took her abroad, where she worked in Dubai's vibrant cosmetic industry for a decade. Her pursuit of excellence then found its way to the heart of Singapore, weaving connections across diverse Asian markets, working with Salon’s and Cosmetic brands. And now, she’s come full circle, back home to South Africa.

With passion as her compass, Louise studied Beauty Therapy but ventured into the realm of retail, soon becoming a beacon of knowledge, training therapists and sales maestros alike. Her journey led her to oversee some of South Africa's most prestigious cosmetic brands
